Enjoy small batches of cider from local apples at Bristols Hard Cider! Their ciders are 100% apple juice and fermented on the native yeasts of the fruit. To create a wide array of cider flavors, they use different apples, casks, wine barrels, and stainless steel for a different taste in every cider. They have a great flagship SLO Cider which is made from a blend of apples with a hint of Granny Smith for an extra bite. Another noteworthy cider that’s a must to try around the holiday season is their SLO Cider Holiday Spice.
