Transportation FAQ's
Q: Is gratuity included in my quote?
A: All of our drivers hold Federal & State Commercial Driver's Licenses, receive background and drug screening, maintain the safest driving record to remain on our team and are the best in SLO County! Gratuities are never required but are always appreciated by our hard working drivers. The industry standard is 15-20% of your charter. Our drivers accept cash or Venmo and should be handled between you and your driver.
Q: How far in advance should I request transportation?
A: We’re currently experiencing a surge of customer requests and have been booked through popular weekends and holidays. So, we recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure there is still availability.
Q: Do you provide door-to-door service?
A: Absolutely! We’ll come and pick you up and drop you off wherever your would like.
Q: Can I bring food and drinks on the vehicle?
A: Most definitely! We recommend that you do not bring glassware, as they can break easily and become a safety hazard. Drinking alcohol is also allowed; however, all laws must be followed in the bus, including no one under the age of 21 is permitted to drink. If there is anyone under the age of 21 and alcohol is involved, we will send over designation forms. We know you won’t get too crazy, but just in case – thoroughly read through our Terms & Conditions regarding the Security Deposit and Damage Policy..
