3. Purchase homemade pasta & spice from Etto. (Optional)
Depending on the recipe you’re following, you may find yourself in need of some pasta and spices. This is why we recommend paying Etto a visit (or ordering online). They’re dishing up some of the freshest pasta in Paso Robles and are a favorite of residents throughout the coast. All of their pasta is organic and made on-site. They also cultivate a lot of local spices and oils to help you create the tastiest and freshest of meals.
4. The most important part of the recipe- wine! (Or local craft beer.)
