The Wine
Sarzotti Vineyard & Winery is situated in the Templeton Gap District within 40,000 acres of Paso Robles vineyards. They work hard to curate the perfect balance of oak and tannins with a flavor of lush blackberries in their 2014 Syrah. The predominance of calcareous soils and Central Coast climate allows for the production of 40 wine grape varieties. Sarzotti vintners specialize in Syrah, Zinfandel, Cabernet, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and much more.
The Tasting Room
What makes the full-bodied, tannin-structured sips even better? It’s the pleasurable conversation with the masterminds behind your experience – the owners and vintners. Beyond the welcoming first encounter, you will discover the roots of the family and history of the winery – and potentially sip wine amongst other members of the family.
