On the outskirts of Tin City is Calwise Spirits. They sit right next to a brewery and a winery. A celebration of the California lifestyle, this craft distillery prides itself in creating spirits packed with California sunshine and earthy flavors. From rum rested in chardonnay barrel to gin distilled from wine grapes, the Paso Robles wine influence reaches this small distiller. Wine Shine
Do you like brandy? Then you’re in the right place! Wine Shine has perfected the art of making brandy so good; it’ll knock your socks off. From Hibiscus Lemon Brandy to Cinnamon/French Oak Brandy to Ghost Pepper Brandy, and more, you’ll find plenty of flavors here. (For those less brandy inclined, they also offer great Vodka and Gin.) This Paso Robles distiller’s tasting room is in the heart of Tin City – you can’t miss it! Like Calwise Spirits, their craft is also influenced by the vibrant wine influences of the coast. They source their grape juice from local world-renowned vineyards and ferment and distill it into world-class brandies.
